Output / accepted briefMandexis by Clear Garment Group
Mandexis turns an approved customer outcome into a deployable product—then supplies a clear record of what was built, tested, and verified.
How Mandexis works
Every project begins with a defined result and a boundary around what can be proven now. Delivery follows that agreement—not vague claims or hidden infrastructure.
Agree on the customer outcome, scope, timeline, integrations, and proof target.
Output / accepted briefCreate the application and release path from controlled source.
Output / release candidateTest buyer-facing behavior, health, version, and agreed delivery checks.
Output / passed checksHand over the product with what passed and what remains outside scope.
Output / evidence recordVisible progress, controlled authority
Customer-specific progress belongs in a protected workspace; this public timeline illustrates that operating model. Planned email notifications carry only a short update and a link back—never approvals, payment links, evidence, confidential review material, or credentials.
Request received and safe discovery begins.
Outcome, scope, exclusions, proof target, and estimate are frozen. Counsel is consulted here when risk triage requires it.
The approved quote and payment status are confirmed before construction.
Approved inputs and the release boundary are bound before construction.
The product is implemented in an isolated delivery project.
Behavior, security, reliability, release identity, and evidence are checked.
When release review is required, publication remains blocked until an authorized human decision matches the exact release.
The customer reviews the candidate, open boundaries, and delivery record.
Publication occurs only after required approvals match the exact build and approved destination.
After activation, CGG can monitor, maintain, refresh evidence, and reopen verification after material change.
What arrives
Each claim is mapped to an agreed check, so the handoff explains what is ready without overstating what was proven.
Purpose-built around the approved customer workflow.
Unknowns and exclusions stay visible from brief to handoff.
Security, learning, and counsel
After activation, Mandexis is designed to learn only from minimized, cohort-separated delivery outcomes. Recommendations remain versioned and independently evaluated; they cannot change price, payment state, legal clearance, verification thresholds, or production release.
The public site never takes payment. A separate service issues a private, server-owned quote and sends the customer to hosted Checkout only after approval.
Production activation gatedAgents may assemble a review packet and track missing items. Only an authorized reviewer can clear the exact terms, claims, jurisdiction, and release under review.
Change invalidates clearancePlanned independent timed checks verify public release identity, security posture, payment reconciliation freshness, project state, and evidence freshness. Missing or stale proof must turn RED.
Separate auditor requiredCommercial starting point
Choose the level of delivery that matches the operating reality. Final scope and proof targets are confirmed before work begins.
A scoped build, deployment, verification record, and initial support period.
Maintenance, release support, monitoring, and evidence refreshes.
Multi-service and compliance-sensitive systems with an explicit delivery plan.
Delivery boundary
Mandexis communicates what buyers need to use and assess a delivery. Claims are made only for checks that have actually passed.
